Academy District 20 Mission Statement

Job Goal

1) Valid Colorado teaching license and or CHSAA certification preferred. 2) Documented successful high school or college coaching experience and equivalent playing experience preferred. 3) Proven effective team management and practice organization 4) Documented successful off-season and pre-season workout program. 5) Ability to work within the structure of the program, department, school, and district policies. 6) Knowledgeable of skills and an ability to teach them to all levels of athletes 7) A desire to develop and train young athletes to their highest potential 8) Proven ability to communicate with athletes, parents, and high school staff.

Job Description: Essential Position Functions
  • Stipend amount based on experience
  • M - F Two hour practices each day; attendance at every game for each team; other necessary time commitment needed to plan practice, rosters, etc

All custodial positions require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to push/pull burdens up to 100 pounds.

All special education positions require the ability to safely lift 50 pounds each in a two person lift.
